Is it illegal to work a full-time employee less than 30hrs in Florida?
I am a full time package handler. Lately I have been working 5 1/2 hours I am hired as a full-time oh. Is this legal to work less than 33 hours a week as a full time employee? Rather it be for a week or month?

I don't think there's anything illegal about it unless you have a contract that says you would not work less than a certain amount of hours each week. Have you tried talking to your boss to see what might be going on?

This is what I found on Google. F this is correct then there you go. I think the real question is do you think it's fairThat the laws rules and regulations of minimum wage is more beneficial towards government state and or company they are also set to protect both worker and rhe company. Also got to think the company have to cut cost in different areas to benefit them selfs and stay afloat
