Summary:

We are a growing immigration law firm looking for an all-star bilingual immigration law paralegal to help with each of the following services:

Removal Defense in immigration court, Asylum; Complex family-based adjustment of status; Consular processing including for spouses, fiancées, and tourists; DACA; Advanced parole applications; NATZ cases, Waiver cases; and U-visas and VAWA. Compensation Plan:
