Stocker at Dollar Tree

Honestly it's like any retail environment. After training. You're basically on your own. In such places there is no team structure in place other than trying to work together to perform your own duties on the site of the job. Stress becomes a handful due to lack in structure.

Dedicated ,trustworthy, hard working, leader management ready to give a company t

Well if it's like the Dollar Tree that I worked at the manager was to busy having relationship with guys in the store and me and one other person did just about everything there. No luck in contacting cooperate because they didn't do anything to make things better. I worked as freight manager/ assistant manager for three years and my pay was only $1.50 more than what it was when I started, so for me Dollar Tree isn't the place where you get appreciated when you dedicate most of your time to the store.
