ZIP RECRUITER

For anyone that has used this job board site, they keep saying my resume has been viewed atleast 4 times by same employer..Ok so...you would think they would call if that interested. Has anyone got any interviews from this site? Frustrated but not surprised

Agreed. I too have been using Ziprecruiter and have been happy with their format, job listings and assigned staff recruiter. I’ve filled out all the profile fields, added resumes, had many applications viewed and even repeated views by the same company, but after reading your post and thinking back, only one staffing agency that was out of town and a couple of “questionable” commission only type jobs have contacted me with interview offers. I read recently that they may be outdated and not the 2018 way to job hunt. What method is the current way, I’m still trying to find out. Good luck!

Hi Florence, ZipRecruiter personally drove me a bit nuts. I felt pretty frustrated too. I can see how that would almost feel like a tease because even though they have viewed your information they might not call. For those that did, I didn't have much luck because the jobs weren't in my field. I moved on from that site, but it's everyone's personal preference. I just didn't care for it. You can search for jobs here on Jobcase if you want to take control of your search a bit more. Follow these few simple steps to find a job opportunity:

1. Click on Jobs & Companies at the top of the page, or head over [here] (http://www.jobcase.com/jobs/search)

2. Enter a job into the search field where it says Job Title, Keywords, or Company.

3. Add in your location by filling in your City and State OR zip code. Then click the magnifying glass to search.

4. Once the list is up, click on “View Job" of any you are interested in and then apply.

Good luck with your job search Florence! : )
