How to recover your enthusiam when you had lost trust on people?
How can you deal with your own self-sabotage kind of mentality when you feel that you had lost trust on people? How to recover your self confidence when you feel that whatever you do it's going to be taken the wrong way, when your best does not seem to work?
In other words, how to get yourself back in track knowing that you are smart, kind, and love to make the difference?

Guillermina, this is a fantastic question and quite honestly, something I am currently working on. Encountering people who break your trust can be a soul-crushing experience. If you are anything like me you've found yourself, at times, walking around in the world like a rabid dog about to bite. But there is no hope in that situation (something I have to keep telling myself)-- something that I remind myself when interviewing or in similar judgmental situations is that they WANT to like me. The ideal interview would end with me nailing it and being hired by the company, right? So really I just have to show them why that's the right path.
As far as just being around people in general, it's still important to try to be open. I understand the hesitance, though. It seems cruel to ask that of someone who has been burned before.
I don't know if you've tried meditation, or self-care, or anything along those lines. When I have had times of most trouble I would take myself for hours-long walks across the city of Boston and would always stop at the same restaurant for pad thai. If you have the means to try therapy I also recommend that (from experience), I'm a firm believer that literally every person would benefit from therapy.
As I said, I am working on this as well so I'm not sure if my advice is at all helpful. I guess the only thing I can say with 100% certainty is that you are not alone.
