#Wrongfull termination #lawyerneeded
I was fired from taco bell, a couple weeks after o was hired because he claimed he didn't know I was pregnant and if he did he wouldn't have hired me. I'm looking for a good lawyer in Westfield In, or a way I can start my law suit.

Hi Fatimah, how u? So sorry for your situation at that establishment. My advice to would be go to your labor dept in your area and ask if they have any attorney cards or what to do. Or call an discrimination lawyer that deals with that kind of circumstance. Because I believe that is discrimination against pregnant women type lawsuit. Assuming you cannot fulfill your job duties just because of your beautiful condition. If you can find a contingent lawyer that gets paid out of the settlement if it is one. Hopefully this helps. Many blessings to you.

KEEP YOUR HEAD UP GIRL.......GOD IS ALREADY GOT THE RACE, ALL WE GOT TO DO IS ENJOY THE RIDE.....

Do you really think a lawyer is needed for a job at Taco Bell?

It is called pregnancy discrimination.

You should make sure you know their policy before anything. If it states that pregnancy s not allowed or anything like that..you might waste alot of money.Be careful as a shady lawyer mite take you to the. Cleaners

I saw a couple people post that Indiana was a Right to Work State, what i think they mean it is an "AT WILL" state. Right to Work concerns not being forced to join an union to work; At Will concerns can be terminated or can quit for any or no reason. However, I would think since he said "he was firing you because you are pregnant, that you have a case. Whether you worked for a franchise or a corporate store, call the HR department and let them know what the manager said, you will get your job back immediately.

Hi have you gone to the main office, if you have not then do so. Make sure you also take someone with you so that you have a witness. Of it is not solved then you need a lawyer.

Cotact the E.E.O.C. it's the Equal Employment Opportunity Comission. You definitely have a case www.eeoc.gov

You can't be fired for pregnancy. You definitely have a case there.
