TRUSTORY: When I transitioned from military service to corporate America, it was NOT a "piece of cake" however, I'm BLESSED and I made it, so, I'm GIVING back!
CHALLENGES: The duties, responsibilities, hours of operation, strategic military thinking, preparation, execution, timing and language "fits" differently in corporate America's business models.

Ed, did you start this group? I’m a 25-year veteran who is transitioning to the civilian sector and I seem to get rejections faster than I hit submit on my application. In don’t know if potential future employers think I’m over qualified, over educated, or don’t know how to correlate military to civilian despite my converting the terminology.
Any help or leads is appreciated.
