I worked for the same company for 28 years I was the sales admin supervisor. I was given a project and was told do not worry she will figure it out. I was let down by people in other departments so I could not do the project right. I tried to make an appointment with the owner of the company to explain the problem instead he called me into a meeting with HR, the Gen. Manager and the Plant Manager and was let go. I was given 13 weeks pay in a Separation Agreement and was told by the President of the company I would be okay with my S/S and unemployment.But when the Company HR sent in the reason to unemployment HR trashed me with things I had never heard about and the President would not testify at the unemployment hearing.
