retake Amazon drug test?
I had the stick in the mouth drug test while I was filling out the shift sheet and info form for the drug test. I had to shift the stick around in my mouth because it was uncomfortable in my mouth. I got a call from the doctor's office in Florida. The office told me I had to take the test over because it was tainted and not readable. They told me I would be contacted by Amazon Fulfillment to take the test over. It's been 10 days and I have not been contacted in anyway. When will I be contacted?
Hi Steven, Amazon doesn't have access to your drug screen results so you may have to re-apply for further employment consideration but you should first reach out to your Medical Review Officer (MRO) to discuss the results of your drug screen and get a better understanding on what you need to do to prevent this from happening again. Call (954) 677-1200 and press 3 and then press 1.

I tried everything they said to d9 to make apontment to retake my drug test and i had no luck to reschedule it so what should i do
