In AZ business is extremely pro the employer so much so to the point of being unethical. My Addeco placements were ok pay, but the recruiters did not give enough information to set you up for success regardless if it’s a 6month project or 1-2year temporary placement. They do not communicate well and they leave way too much time in between the job posting, interviewing and placement. Howbeit, because of the mentality that people are disposable and replaceable most assignments were cattle call mentality with the agency just going through the motions because the eyes are set with anticipation of the bonus payout!
