I'm always looking for job search shortcuts and this week I found a gem!

In this article for Inc Magazine, I explain how companies could start using their Instagram accounts to get their followers to check out their job openings. If you think about it, what a great way to connect with an employer, right? If you like some of their photos and follow them on Instagram, you could also leave a comment and see if they respond.

For example, I tried it (read the article below and you'll see what I did), and I got Salesforce.com, one of the top 20 companies to work for in America to respond to me! It was easy and they answered me in under an hour.
