The question: "What do I Want to Do with my Life". Good Question!!! I've worked for several companies and what usually happens is employees are not charged, meaning charged to accomplish good things and be asked to give their opinion. To give an opinion today within a company makes each employee vulnerable. with their inner self to believe in a Company that will do good things and the individual will be rewarded for their accomplishments. I've seen it happen over and over again. Good Managers create a GREAT environment. When I have a good Manager, it charges me to do good things and be Loyal to the Company. I would Love to work for a company and a Great Manager the pursues my talents and allows me to do great things. A person that challenges me and believes in me to make what we do, together, great! Very few people have this talent to encourage others to do great things,. Most Managers walk through life thinking they are owed or are better than their subordinates. I'm looking for a Leader, one that will walk with me, teach me to do great things. When I fall, they will pick me up and I will LEARN. A true Leader will LEAD. Looking for a team that will help each other to succeed not only to be successful themselves but to help others be successful as a TEAM. Together, to accomplish great things. This truly is hard to find, but... you asked the question and those are my thoughts. I hope to accomplish and find a great team in the future!!
