I always hear people talk about how internships are so important for getting a job, but I call shenanigans. I feel like I’m stuck in a cycle of internships and I have no way of convincing an employer to hire me. How do I break free so I can start earning a paycheck, for crying out loud?

I understand your frustration. It's become incredibly difficult to land a full time job, in your field, after graduation. Successful internships that eventually lead to permanent roles vary depending on industry. Finance, Healthcare, and IT internships offer more job opportunities after completion. Try not to let frustrated keep you stuck, instead, use your interning history as leverage to satisfy the "work experience" qualification employers require from college grads entering the workforce.
