I checked out your message and it seems like a nice company to build a career. I have three years in customer service , inbound and outbound as well as two years in help desk work . My current location is Birmingham ,Alabama where I have been for five years. Prior to that I was living in the Boston Massachusetts area where I obtained both my experience and education. I possess a Certificate in Computer Technical Support from Gibbs-Boston and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Salem State College in Massachusetts.
