Start it off with some kind of block party to raise awareness for it, then a fundraiser to get the money needed for appliances, pet accessories, etc. The best advice a teenager like me can give you; shoot high to reach your goals, and surprise everyone when you rise even higher. Set some type of goal, the push yourself hard enough to achieve above and BEYOND what you intended. Believe me, ma'am, it worked for me when I started my high school's first writer's club this year.
