Bad paperwork
I have a criminal history that dates back quite a while; I have done time and have paid my debt to society. However, my criminal past seems to be an immeasurable barrier to me, even though Oregon is a "ban the box" state, they can't ask you about criminal history here on an application. Any ideas on how I can get around this barrier in a positive manner??
How far back can they legally go back ? In Minnesota its 7 years.
