I hid the toys

Every Saturday morning, bright and early at 9:00 (we opened at 9:30), there was this one toy collector who would drive up, take the closest parking spot (which ended up being an expectant mom's spot), and would wait until we opened. Then he would rush in and grab as many things as he could get his hands on. He openly admitted to us that he just bought this stuff to collect, then eventually sell on Ebay for a higher price. It got to the point where he grabbed a hard to find doll in front of this little girl and her mom who wanted it, and told them, TOO bad that's life! The little girl had tears and I wanted to deck this man, but I knew he hadn't technically done anything wrong other than being ungentlemanly.

From that moment on I ended up taking some of the rarer items every morning once we unloaded the truck and stashing them away until he came and left so parents could buy them for their children. We also told him if he wanted to ever park his car in that parking space again he had better be pregnant.

Geez I really will miss it there.

Nice work James, I would say a truly ethical act! I don't know if the company you worked for would agree. But I personally believe you did the right thing! Good luck.

There are people that thinl of themselves and don't consider having respect for others. He has greed in his heart and unfortunately it is ingrained from a young age or he had nothing and thinks everybody owes him something life is cruel the fact is that he will not change his behavior. The truth is until God takes control of his life he will go into eternity with hate for others and go onto a devils hell for the deeds he has done in his life and all the moey in this world cannot and will not save him.

Some people are so greedy and selfish, they don't care about others. You did the right thing in hiding those toys for the mothers and children. God bless you!

BRAVO James. Awesome way of taking care of the situation. You saw the problem, figured out how to fix it and get the message across to someone who needed to hear it. It is sad that they are closing. You will find something out if that is what you truly want to do. There is always a plan!!! Many blessings...
