Good day to you all, Often machines are built and installed at a customer’s site only to find they do not work as specified. Some of the issues are improper assembly, installation, or design which costs the company large losses in warrantee work. Over my career I have built four complete blended learning and development programs that include competency models, technician and engineer career paths and growth plans, and all the training they need to perform flawlessly. Often my department also helps with employee engagement and retention as a side benefit of training. Having employees that feel invested in and cared for can keep them from looking for employment at a competitor.
