Hi Debra, Thanks for posting on Jobcase! Have you called the store to follow up on your application with a manager? If not, I would recommend you do that. This shows them your initiative and they are more likely to give you an interview and hire you. Here is the phone number for this location so you can give them a call: (855) 955-2534 Good luck and let us know how everything goes!

Hi Debbie, Aldi doesn't advertise available jobs at each store but they will post help wanted signs if their hiring. If that store is hiring store associates then you'll need to get your application in front of the District Manager who eventually makes the final decision. District Managers oversee more than one store and float in and out of locations catching them at a particular location can be challenging. Make an impression with the Store Manager first. When I applied for the local store in my area they had a help wanted sign on the door when I delivered my application. I spoke to the Assistant Manager and expressed my interest in the position. We spoke briefly about my experience then she asked me to return the next day to speak with the store Manager. She told me they get hundreds of applicants and inquiry calls every week so be persistent, have your elevator pitch ready, and make contact with the store manager. It's a process to get in the door but this is a good company with good pay. Hope it works out for you but let me know if you have any other questions.
