Cashier at Dunkin Donuts

Anyone work at Dunkin before??

Just got my first job working at Dunkin Donuts and I am pretty stoked! I was just hired last week. I am saving up for a car so I hope I make a lot of tips! Anyone know the difference between working the counter as a cashier and the drive thru? Do I have to do both? The idea of doing drive thru freaks me out I am not gonna lie.

Just smile and act happy to the customers, best way to earn tips! Ask for help from the people you work with when you don't know how to do something and don't just guess. It's hard being new but you will do fine.

Oh man I remember working here a lifetime ago. I think the difference is the drive-through is more fast paced. Sometimes customers get angry but you have to push through it. They most likely haven't had their coffee yet. They do tip more often in the drive-through too than at the counter. Make sure you get some free donuts at the end of your shift!! My manager always used to let us have a few.
