I would choose a 401K. We have a mixture of different generations that work at CLA. Some of us are old enough to be thinking about the future and how we have prepared ourselves for retirement. I love working for CLA. The atmosphere is totally different than other daycares, if you can call it a daycare. The pay is better as well. Vickie Edington
