Age vs Knowledge in the Wireless Industry.
Hello out there, I just wanted to vent somewhat on our New younger folks selling wireless & servicing our current vast Clientele that want's the best deals & best customer service, I see allot of young folk selling wireless products, trying to make as much commission & as fast as they can get you out of the store or malls ?- I see more & more non-caring & forget about after the sale, No calls after the sale-no on training for those that really need the help especially our older customers or folks from other countries that don't speak well English, we have vast technology changing so rapidly, that some folks can't even keep up with ?- I am in 50s & still regard taking care of all types of customers form all walks of life, I Would like to see T-Mobile-AT&T-Verizon-Sprint hire well educated older caring people where they would really care about all customers & really make an Impact in the Wireless Industry. I have over 20 years in the Industry vs these young geeky folks not pulling their weight as they should. Thank You Charles clifton1217@gmail.com
Hi Charles: Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the Jobcase community! Age is definitely a popular topic here, and it seems like a lot of employers are missing out on the value that older employees can bring to the table. Do you need help finding a job with one of these companies?
