
Management/Assistant Executive Director position wanted - Marysville; Everett, Mount Vernon or Burlington WA Area
With nearly a decade of experience working at my current job, they have unfortunately closed 11/30/15 due to financial struggles; my focus is on finding a job where my skills will be a valuable asset. I feel that I will achieve my current career goals by filling a new Management position.
I have an Associate’s Degree in Business Management and considerable experience working for a non-profit organization. Some of my duties included 5 years of supervising the Administration staff, setting reasonable weekly performance goals and providing constructive feedback.
In addition to possessing extensive knowledge of business, I also have a knack for developing creative strategies to boost productivity and increase customer satisfaction through a hands-on approach to management. I hope to achieve similar results and land a similar long-term job.
