Trying to stay positive

I have been looking for a new job since shortly before I graduated in September. I have a lot of experience in a variety of fields and now have two bachelors degrees. I am still struggling to find a different job. I do currently work, but I am well underpaid for my education and experience level. I try my best to stay positive, but it's getting more and more difficult when I have been passed over for someone with less experience or an unsteady work history. Sorry, I just needed to vent a little.

Commercial Construction Project Manager, Estimator

OMG...Melissa....I find that so prevelant in my field as well. I am a 35 year experienced Project Manager, and build hotels, and medical facilities, and most companies I apply to or work for salavate at their collective mouths to hire these young graduates from architectural or engineering school at little to no pay. Yet a more experienced man that knows their jobs in and out suffer cause the hiring managers are tasked with the idea of saving the companies money. They know they can get these architectural graduates at little money compared to my needed salary. One just needs to be consistant, keep your head down, and eventually that right fit will come along for you. I wish you well..............!!
