looking for job in human resource/recruitment/generalist/
hi, i am looking for a job in human resource / recruiting/generalist profile. but i a not getting any relevant calls even not for entry level jobs. what should i do ? i have gap of 5 yrs in my career because before i was not having authorization to work in united states now only i got EAD so want to start immediately but not getting any calls. :(

Hi Arya: Have you tried following up with the applications you've been submitting? Try calling a few days after applying to check in and see if they got your applications. It's a great way to chat to employers and emphasize how excited you are to work with the employer.
