Harassment

Document everything and call the EEOC you are protected Title VII. I would not quit before going to them. It may take a little while to get in and then get a lawyer who will take your case contingent.

I was also harassed at the workplace and won my case im sorry that that is happening to you it's not a good feeling the lawyer typically like it better if anyone witness the harassment but if it is true your word and documentation will work.
