Don't give up
Hello all,
I really just wanted to tell each of you not to give up and to continue to sale yourself for the job/career that you truly desire. I was lost my last job in April of this year as a Medical Assistant, but I knew that I loved being in the office so I continued to apply and interview for several positions. While waiting on a determination, I began to work for a Medical staffing service in a nursing home until the right job came along. I continued to interview with different offices and finally was hired with the company that I really wanted to work for. I believe that although we may put ourselves in positions to seem less than perfect, it is a reason for transition. I enjoyed my previous job and my coworkers, however, I am excited for new beginnings with the new company. I learned a lot about myself at my previous job and now I am certain this new position will help take me to new heights and help me further my career in healthcare. Again, dont give up, just continue to seek alternatives until ehat you really want is offered to you!!
Have a great day!!!

You have an uplifting journey. I read a lot of posts on this site from people expressing their frustrations, fears, and concerns around finding a job, keeping a job, or coping with job loss and I can't help feeling bad for these folks. Nobody's perfect yet everyone deserves an opportunity to work and improve on oneself. I like that you took on a less than desirable job until a new one turned up and accepted it as requirement for transition. Congrats on your new job.
Thank you for enlightening and encouraging us to press on and don't stop reaching for the prize!!!! Congratulations, on your new endeavors and continued happiness & success in your career and life. May God continue to smile down on us!!!! I am not a quiter so, I will continue to strive until I am with a company and in the company of people that appreciate what I do and who I am!!!!!
