Haven't received unemployment
I applied for my unemployment June 28th. They told me I was disqualified which was confusing because I didn't quit my job or get fired and I was there 2 years. I put in a two weeks notice for my job because I moved to a new city. I have did an appeal still no one has contacted me and I'm still requesting my pay. Now it's 12 weeks with no pay. Who do I contact??? I think it's because I chose the option I quit my job because none of the other answers fit my situation. Someone pleases help me #LOST
Same thing I was tied for being 20 minutes late. The processed a closed 4 year claim at the same time. Then told me I quit my job. I appealed but doubt I'll ever see one dime of the money I should have been paid.
Tell them you provided a 2wks notice to move and assist family dealing with COVID19. Therefore you should file under FMLA which stands for family leave assistance. Anytime you quit for any other reason you do not qualify unless you were fired or laid off. May your BLESSINGS exceed the battle.
I’m in the same boat in Texas. Filed in July and denied from previous denial in March. Had to do an appeal which I did 6 weeks ago and still doesn’t show that’s it’s been received. Have fax confirmation. The only way I got this far was by reaching out to my city representative for help.
I was laid off with Gulfstream with 1100 other people and they started the unemployment and I was paid two weeks and it stopped, I even refiled and still no payment from the #GeorgiaUnemployment
You only get unemployment here in South Carolina if you were laid off or fired. Not if you resigned or quit a job.
I filed in March and did not recieve my first payment till the end of July. If you left you're job you will get a 6 penalty if you're denied if u need to talk to someone Google the number for where u live n u gotta keep hitting redial till u get through it took me 2 hours straight of me hitting redial over n over n then finally after 2 hours
By putting in your 2 weeks notice you quit. so you will not be able to get unemployment
I applied May 3rd and I believe I need a lawyer cause some how I entered job search every week and my husband checking emails daily and they act like I missed a reply back Sooo I got denied and the job stated that I Quit 15years no one just walks away from 15years It was Sooo Much pressure put on me in a matter of 4days I now have an Anxiety problem SOOOOO not only did I lose my job But Unemployment still hasn't sent me a date for an Appeal I've been waiting and nothing has happened I believe that they didn't want to pay back pay for the six hundred dollars witch is Sooo unfair But... really not worried about the Covid pay more worried about the 15years of LOYALTY It's like raising a child for 15years and walking away smh I'd NEVER DO THAT I'M A CAREGIVER THAT'S WHAT I LIVE FOR TO HELP OTHERS NOT ONLY THAT THE LADY THAT PUSHED ME OUT HAD NOT BEEN THERE A YEAR AND THEN LEFT SAME MONTH AFTER PUSHING ME OUT ANDDDD BEFORE THAT SHE GAVE ME A NEAR PERFECT Evaluation if there's HELP OUT HERE PLEASE PLEASE HELP
It was the first time for me to ever file. They wasted no time. I filed on Monday after my last day being that previous Friday. Within the two week time frame that they pay out I had mine right on time. So I think if you would have been approved you would have got it already no word must mean you didn't
I need more info on that
