So i have a friend that got a birth pee test I have heard of a couple people in various locations talking about his ua and putting his buisness out there the people talking about him work for differant companies isn't this suppossed to be between the boss and employees and since the fact people r talking about it might ruin his chance to get a job somewere else what would u do isn't this deframatoon of character couldn't he sue for this
