If you ever wonder why so many people do not work in their field, it’s because of HR. They hire people regardless of their education but on how well they jump through their hoops and idiotic questions “like where you see yourself in beers”. They will hire a homeless drug addict that has the experience and knows the software they happen to use over any college graduate. Again guys it’s kind of our fault because we have let the ladies take over HR, most accounting, office management, apartment management, loan processing, and all the traditional gal pal jobs. For all you ladies that don’t like my comments, I am not really looking for job so stop saying I’m not going to get a job with that attitude, it’s boring. Give me thumbs up if your education and experience has been ruined by male discrimination.
