Advice for new Taco Bell employees
Hi everyone. I used to work for Taco Bell as an assistant general manager for about 2 years so i think i have a good grasp on the ins and outs and daily routines to talk to new hires about what to expect. The work is going to be really fast-paced and when you first start out you might make a mistake or two and that’s okay just learn from it so you don’t keep doing it. In general the coworkers are nice and fun and the management is good. Regional managers care a lot about numbers so if you do your job well and do it fast, they will like you.
Hope this helps everyone, it’s a job that is what you make of it.

As an employee, experience is so important and if management is good you got it made!

Try grocery stores they always need help

Any one know where I can get a job

I worked at taco bell 2years I was the main steamed the fastest always number one store 22nd n alvernon but not appreciated I was hated on by liz the manager because she couldn't be faster but I just did my job things always broke down people called out a lot just a mess I was done but still needed to work there are always better opportunities to have to take the crap that comes with it make sure your desperate to get work there

How do i get the job

Dont care

Yep my area manager used to tell me we live and die by the numbers. When I became an area manager I told my GMs. Numbers don't lie. People do .

This is good advice for any job!! I think working at a fast food place is the best way to build a good work ethic tho so definitely abide by this if you are trying to start your career!

I agree I think every job depends wholly on what you make of it
From what I see....a company should appreciate the workers who are willing to show up sober and do a better than half ass job. The numbers will never be good when you can't employ decent workers to do the job.
