Sorry, but this is not a website where employers normally look when they want to place people in jobs they have. YOU have to take the steps - e.g., put together a good resume; post it to the real Job Boards and search the job listings on those websites EVERY DAY for jobs you can apply to. You really need to look for Job Boards in your native country. This particular website is almost totally USA and virtually no employer here who is going to hire someone in another country unless they have a unique skill (usually highly technical), certainly not someone looking to work in rugby.
