Ever work in a company that uses the "Good Ol' Boy Method?" Talk about a waste of money on idiot workers. It's a known fact the good worker suffers from this known decease. I can attest to this very childish game that they play. I mean, I myself growing up in New Jersey. I can tell you at 16 years of age I was made supervisor of a manufacturing line and I beat all shift production for that day. The other supervisors were scratching their heads on how I achieved the impossible. Well, to keep it simple and give it to you straight ......."I did not use the Good Ol' Boy Method." To clarify this it's simple, I had no favorites around me kissing my ass and I demanded respect and to complete the job right with quality being number one. And how does this wrap up into one word. Inspire the workers to preform better not drill them...............Gee, I don't hold no Master Degree and these stupid visors do. I always thought how stupid can you be having a nucleus of high school bull shit mentality around you. Whatever happened to the Macaurthors and Pattons.........am I alone on this?
