I suggest calling the location you applied to about 1-2 days after applying, and asking to speak to a hiring manager. If you don't hear from them again, call 1 week later. It's a great way to show you're enthusiastic about the job - plus you're not waiting around for them to contact you. Let me know if you need any other advice!
