College grad from Chile in Agribusiness Management looking for a temp work visa in the US. Where can I find good companies that will sponsor me?

Enrique, Canada also has an excellent foreign worker's visa program that, I believe, allows non-Canadians to work there for up to 4-years. Possibly another option in case the US visa program has already filled all of their allotted visas under this program.
