Show up on time and do a more work than the other guy or girl next to you and you're guaranteed success. The only issue you have is your previous experience equates to zilch in America so you'll have to prove yourself over again but your experience will display itself in your actions. I would bet on your success because you want to work. Wants are always greater than needs!
