What I loved working at #FSI
When I first started they offered overtime, which helped the low pay scale. Mostly I loved the processes that were in place to create the product.

FSI is a disrespectful company. The amount of disrespect, inconsiderate and just plain poor treatment of its employees is frankly disgusting. I have worked in factories, hospitals, carryouts, restaurants and private clubs, non profit and for profit, as well as private homes and clinic settings. in multiple roles. from hourly staff to management for 34 years.
FSI is by far the worst place of employment I have ever had. they expect you to put in 15 hrs days at the spur of the moment. expect you to work while on Dr orders not to. Over managed-meaning 2 or 3 levels of supervision telling staff what to do, and the others don't know what they are doing. Make up a reason to terminate someone just before they are to complete 75 to 90 day probationary period and be hired in. hired in. FDA, USDA, and OSHA standards are not always used, some are blatant documentation falsification instances.
