It happens; l was push out after 15 years with the City of Boston; they made it so unbearably daily. I was slowly stripped of my duties that l performed for 13 years. I went to higher authority, even my Union wouldnt go against her, because of who she has heen throughout the City. I was in therapy to he able yo deal with it on a daily bases, but it started making me ill and l dreaded going in City Hall, it felt like fear everyday. It was a year tjis past May 4th and l started feeling depressed. So if thry want u out the will find a way; Their kind stick together at City Hall.

Get Pre-paid Legal, speak to a qualified attorney about your situation, and get a discounted rate if you use them. Starts about $20 a month, they can write letters and make calls on your behalf at no extra cost. Good luck.

You can put it on paper but know it can work against from management. Then you'll have to go above them. So be careful

The pen is mightier than the sword and your mother didn't make any junk learn the process and beat them at their own game
Keep showing up. You've got bills right? and obligations? then keep showing up. What have you done, that gives them cause to "push you out the door" I don't need the answer, but you need to give thought and keep the job you have until you find something else, if you are looking, if not. Keep showing up.
