Ryan, do you know how many classes I had to "repeat and delete" because of goofing off when I went to college the FIRST time? Be GLAD it's only ONE. I was single with a full time job and had to retain full time status at school or the Fed's would cut me off. And yes, they did get copies of my report cards with my grades and hours. Big brother was watching...Once you get over this hurdle, your son will be so proud of you and your lives will improve so much that this bump in the road will be laughable by the time it's all said and done. Don't think, "WHY ME?" Think, "why NOT me?" You got this. Look, people are willing to help for little to NOTHING in exchange. Especially students. If you know someone in the neighborhood who needs their lawn mowed, offer your services if you need your son looked after so you can study in peace. You are young and have skills. Help someone fix their car. Some people will do it for NOTHING. That is a gift. Accept it graciously and don't question why. Now, of course be careful..You KNOW what I'm talking about...My parents taught at the college level and they would do cartwheels and backflips for students who where working and making the grade at the same time. Ya feel me? If you don't ask, you won't receive. And there's NO shame in asking for a hand because You're trying to make a better life for you and your son. Best, Erika.

Its only as hard as you make it, retake the class bump up ypur GPA and get the diploma for welding think of your child in this and it will help you stay positive, I am single mother of two and I work my ass off and stay positive, I always think of my kids, once you have your diploma you need to find a welding job in oil and gas field, or a pipe line or fabricating company , just stay focus and positive and good things will happen only you can do this.

Life is as hard as you make it. It’s not as hard as you think. As a college graduate, my suggestion would be go back to your former college and see if you can take the course in an eight week course format. It will only take you two months to do it rather than a whole semester. Hang in there. You can do it.

Great u say that, each to own on belief, we have that option, not that I'm opposed to anything great like that, I dont take anything to heart abt my supposed after life, but I have that choice just like u would have without a potential judgement of any1 who doesn't lives for the book. Doesn't stop, crime, starving children, and much, much, worse. It's a great way to teach value, morals, and patience, in my world, fuck it, I'm forced to be patient, by choice, absolutely, I've never had cash, food brought by faith. In the end we find out alone, I respect ur beliefs as some Christian ppl will say we are blind and delusional, maybe.
