I loved everyone at the R&T location. Everyone from Research &Technology Center. They are really nice. Till recently management change. All I have to say is Lisa Leighton Facilities Manager and Shelby Adams are horrible managers. They are very unprofessional and don't know how to run management. Unfortunately they will not tell you when they are going to WRONGFULLY TERMINATE an Employer without a Notice, No Disciplinary Action, Nothing Lisa Leighton took it upon to Terminate me because I wasn't in her like so she took it upon her self to hire someone else who she claimed was a way better candidate. Mind you she was only my boss for 2weeks. How shady on her behalf 2 days before my 90 Day probation to end. I left my job of 7 years for a better job opportunity career change and growth, to be permanent. When I asked her why she couldn't give me a legit reason as to why she would wrongfully termate me. I would understand if I did something wrong, broke the rules, did something against the company policy, or stole from company. I was on time everyday. And worked through my lunch. And completed all Task duties at the end of my shift. Like come on how hard can being a Receptionist be. Doesn't take a rocket science to get the job done. I never gotten any complaints again this was definitely not Equal Employment Opportunity. That is definitely discrimination. Because of my color, and race. Anyways when you needed something they never answer there phones why do I have to call there office, cell and worse email them because they can't even answer the calls. So as that being said not only was I ask to be escorted out to get my stuff. I Never saw this as a laughing matter or something to smile. SHELBY ADAMS was smiling the whole time as I was asked to leave once I got my things. Mind you this is so wrong and low. Yet they tell you to file for unemployment and eligible for rehire in 6 months then why fire an employer then? Thats shady and low.
