It's so true people don't want to hear the why or what happened they just see the conviction on paper and that's all

If you can try talking to someone about your situation with a laborer representing person. The reason is because whom ever gave it to you must have been able to also find why what happened on your situation in the from the beginning.

Just to be sure go to your local police department and request a copy of your criminal history which should cost your around $15 dollars. Depending on the nature of the offence misdemeanor and felony convictions are eligible for EXPUNGEMENT after 7 years. You will have to call the courthouse where the crime was committed and find out if the charges in question are expungeable. If the charges are expungeable your there are forms to complete that must be submitted to the court clerk in your jurisdiction. Once expungement of your charges have been approved they will no longer show up on your criminal history. Some felonies are not expungeable depending on what jurisdiction you live in. For further questions about expungements check with your local courthouse.

I don't want to seem like I am being rude to you, Mr. Williams but that is TOTAL IGNORANCE! I was told the same line when I was 26 and like a good little American puppet, I believed it and I believed in my country and that if I changed that everything would be OK and that I could still pursue my dreams because, after-all, I am special and I AM! Please read my retort this is an amazing story but every word will be true and you can fact check it easily!
I was 26 when I decided I wanted to join the Merchant Marine and be a sailor. I had NO previous experience and I mean NONE! My father was the first elected District Attorney to go to prison in the history of the USA. He did 11 years for facilitating murder for hire and 30 or so DUI arrests. I never could drink so I did drugs...not all the time but for recreation from time to time. Anyway, I was born with a silver spoon and all the right genetics to be anything but I couldn't figure out what I wanted to do. I soon found that crime was very entertaining and that it came natural to me as does nearly everything. At 26, I had already been to Santa Clara University on full Scholarship! I commuted every day from SF to SCU for 5 years to get a BA in history but I was a National Merit Scholar(that's the top 3% of the country for all you dummies out there) and I figured that something would come my way....surely. I tried to get a job as a fireman as all my family had been firemen here in SF on my mom's side but at the time I was just a white male so that was impossible because even though I was one of two people to score a perfect score on the test, I was not black or female so I wasn't allowed to be a fireman. See, if you were either of those two things you had an extra 40% added to your test and since I only had a score of 100/100 I was way behind 400 of the 12,000 people who took the test that year! Even though I was one of two to get a perfect score.....Oh well, I'll try something else I said. So, I took a job selling seashells for a company in Hunter's point. I landed a contract with the largest arts and crafts chain in the country and my commission was $15,000 a month just from that one contract so I figured I was set for life. Wrong, I did not sign a contract with my employer so the first check was the first and only check I ever received even though my work product had ensured that the company that hired me would never need to sell a single seashell to another company EVER!!! Live and learn. I had already worked as a property manager for high rise, very expensive property management companies that owned OPERA PLAZA and 1800 Pacific(Where "DAYS OF WINE AND ROSES" was filmed(because of the views). I liked the jobs but they were VERY easy for me and I kept all the buildings at 100% occupancy because I really am one of the best salesmen the world has ever seen. Well, I decided to open my own business. I made $250K in 3 months on Amazon selling VHS movies I swear!!! I paid about $1 each and they sold on average for $18 each but some went for $300-800 each(I swear...very rare movies, people would bootleg them and resell them Disney's Song of the South on Laserdisc is one I remember but there were many rare foreign films and I had a near-photographic memory so I could just go to the used media stores or buy entire mom and pops that were forced out of business by blockbuster(they too, like Amazon never made money but they destroyed a hobby and business that I loved.) Nobody really collects movies. It seemed like it would never end plus I had discovered how to buy nice stolen property as I had really begun to lose control of my drug problem so I HAD to sell higher end stuff because I was taking more drugs than I was selling and then I knocked up one of my employees who was a virgin and a very wacky Christian so I LEFT THE business I LOVED, the drugs I loved even more and the crime and thrill of the massive growth of both of my streams of income and became a merchant mariner even though I had just scored a 98% on the sfpd test and was excepted into the police academy because I figured I needed a "trade" because of benefits for my kid and I.

Theresa, Get as prepared as if you're working. The effort now, so later the outcome becomes disappointing for the work into wasn't even close to what is required to see results from the energy in attracting what you will be best at, qualified, and who it will be! You must put the work in, yes, frustrating at times, you must stay persistent, and disciplined. Get organized, be neat with subject matter that that will be needed when deciding what you'll be good at, a job not your life, work to live, not live to work, true? Try search engines on the web, put your E-mail address out there, local job search center, it's a Career Link in Pa, how about just calling on the phone, in areas where the kind of employers will fit your skills, right? What will it hurt, someone else is going to do it, why not me, right? Check out the library, See what is needed in todays market! Remember, energy to attract a job, employment, sustaining income, people that need someone like you to fill the position! What ever you see fit to be accomplished, no matter how little, insignificant it may seem at the time, knowing done the road it will be what is truly needed. Exhausting, but a employer that finds you to be an asset, provider, potential, all traits that will be needed when working, right? How much effort searching, will show up when you decide on who you work for, not limiting yourself to one employer, true? A background ago, compared to today, a good employer will know, Don't quit when it appears they looked over you because what happened before, present it that way, right? Theresa deserves better, there's not law that says you can't change and you want a better life, some employer thrive on workers who demonstrate that, you can to! Don't fall apart when job searching, it's a full time experience finding work, the input amount of effort probably, will be more than looking, do you thinks the results will work for you also? Be persistent, it'll make you good even as you try finding employment. Daniel C. Rusteikas
