Jobcase deleted my profile because I complained
#jobcase deleted my profile because I complained. Someone from Jobcase contacted me to help them understand WHY I was dissatisfied. So instead of waiting for me to get back to them, they REMOVED my account, followers, posts, groups I set up, who I was following and my complete profile. Oh! But they still keep sending me jobs that are NOT within my scope nor industry.
How childish this company is! You complain and your account is removed!

I was contacted by "support" to discuss the inaccuracies in the job search emails. I don;t remember who because all the emails are GONE when they deleted the account. I set up a Group for discussions and I have to rejoin and get approved by the person who set it up, ME. But I can't "approve myself" because the person who set it up (me) has a different membership ID.
Very frustrating to see Jobcase do this sort of nonsense. They are supposed to be helping us find positions NOT infuriate and tell us to go work for Uber. insane.

As for your profile being deleted Steve, and Lisa for the guys trying to pick you up? And I will add to my own and that Is the people who scam? This is my grip? I hate the fact that we will always come across this kind of behavior in places like this? As for the deleting of your profile? I do not know the reasoning behind it neither? Have you tried to email support? To find out why? You

Yup! I'm very much in the same boat. Oh, and the only contact I've had from this site that was interested in me was...a guy looking for a date!!!
My complaint centered around getting job descriptions and alerts for jobs nowhere near what I was looking for. I've been a Network / Cyber Security Engineer for more than 15 years and all they kept sending me was for (get this): Dishwasher Spammed to hell about being an Uber Driver Waiter Bartender Garbage collector ... and a ton of other things.
THAT is my complaint! so instead of fixing the issue, they deleted my account!
