Interview gone wrong
I am so angry because i went to a interview at the raceway on broad st arrived a little early because i felt it was professional i get there the manager is yelling across the store why am i here 30mins early the cashier yell back across the room. Why are u her 30 mins early your suppose to came at 10 i said im aware of that he said arrive a little early so i go back to the car n wait till 10 i go back in they are acting like a circus no-one acknowledge i was there so after 15 mins of watching the manager stare at me while i wait i tell the man. Im here for a interview he continues to ignore me i mean i went for a assistant store manager position n walking in a instantly wanted to fire the whole staff that was majority store manager's smh it was so unorganized i knew if the manager's behave like this then i dont want to have to part of it
This is typical management, they hire someone to run a business that they have no training for and are very paranoid that everyone wants their stupid job, so they have this Hiller complex and think yelling and threatening employees is the way to keep in charge, run for the hills!!!
Girl Run!!!!!! The interview might have gone wrong, but it's good it happened then and not when your are hired. I say, there are better opportunities out there.
