At the time, I was looking for a job and they were hiring. I love the job, but after 5 years, changes started happening, and it was good for about another 3 years because we adapted. But now the past 2 years the changes for the overnight people have not been so good because they started to cut hours, it went from 40 hours, to 36, to 32 and now at this moment its at 15 hours every 2 weeks. I have an Apartment, car, bills and a child to take care of and that is not acceptable I have been there for 10 years now and they even dropped me from health care 2 years ago, because Target is so greedy with money. But they make a lot of money so I don't understand why they are being stingy like that.
