I'm 15 years old. I turn 16 in a few months and I have a good GPA. Teachers who were more than willing to be references but no one hires at 15. I don't get it honestly I dont. If they are willing to work hard and do what they are told they should be hired. As long as they are legally able to work age shouldn't matter.
