After 7 years with payroll management experience and nearly 10 with the same company, I was laid off from my employer. In my recent job search, Im finding that many companies want a unique skill set/qualifications to match their job openings. At 45, I'm also wanting a career change and to get out of payroll. Am I being too ambitious?
