I'm moving to New York and have my cerfication for cna in pa I want to keep my certication and get one in New York how do I go about that and what do I have to do to keep both

Hi Harriet: According to the guidelines of New York, if you are certified out of state and active, you will have to go through a application and send them a copy of your certification. You can also have the company you work for send a letter with a signature from management.

Almost all states post the occupational certification requirements on their web site.
You have a computer. Google the state certification boards.
