Well to be quite honest when I started....i wasn't very well received by my female coworkers. Being a young male of African American\Dominican descent.....conversation with me wasn't too important on their list to do. Mind you im fluent in speaking Spanish..and several times tried to inciate convo.....i was always responded to with a blank stare in silence and then total abandonment. Most days I just clocked in and went on to my duties in solitude. Very lonely n outcasted....exiled for what or why I still am asking.
