Identifying an industry you're going to b passionate about is the best way to be successful. Ever think of a career in auto service? It doesn't require too much formal training (schooling) and you can get hired with no experience if you're a hard worker willing to learn. If your interested in another industry just make sure you ask about management training programs or career tracks so you know what you need to do to grow.
