Hey Ryan, It's so cool to see a young person looking for a career plan instead of just another job, Kudos!! your working with USPS right now. Are there no career opportunities there? Identifying an industry you're going to b passionate about is the best way to be successful. Ever think of a career in auto service? It doesn't require too much formal training (schooling) and you can get hired with no experience if you're a hard worker willing to learn. If your interested in another industry just make sure you ask about management training programs or career tracks so you know what you need to do to grow. Tell me more about your career interest and I'll get you some more info.

After you have done this, you can start your search for available positions in your area by following these steps: 1.Double click on the “Jobs” tab at the top of the page 2.Enter a job into the search field that says “Position” 3.Click on the blue button to search for that position in your area 4.Once the list is up, click on the title of any you are interested in to apply. Please let me know if you need any further assistance!
Skies the limit for someone your age Ryan. What sort of work do you have a passion for. What do you see yourself doing? Try out this short personality test and see if you agree with the results. Not a pin point accurate assessment for what you could excel at but you might find a starting point.. (http://www.humanmetrics.com/cgi-win/jtypes2.asp)
