CPTM vs CPLP
I’m considering either the CPTM or CPLP. There is a difference between the two but can anyone speak to one’s value in the employment arena vs the other?

They are very similar, just certified by two different organizations.
CPTM is is offered by Training Industry Incorporated, while CPLP is offered through the Association for Talent Development.
The courses and cert testing is super expensive. The pass rate for either is under 50%, so if you pass and get certified, you will truly be in an elite group of professionals.
ATD is probably more recognized than Training Industry Incorporated and might carry greater weight with a potential employer.
